When I was approached last year about doing a commission for Boston Children’s Hospital that would be colorful and fun, feature Boston buildings, and include animals, I thought: Yup, that’s definitely in my wheelhouse.
Hi there! This baby right here was my big splurge of 2016. A monitor I could draw directly on. It’s a 22″ Cintiq Creative Display, made by Wacom. It’s been life-changing. Seriously.
I would never go so far as to say I find winter in Boston fun. Bracing, yes. Interesting, maybe. Challenging, sometimes. But fun? No.
Winter here has a big upside for me, though…
