Wall Power: Street Art Inspired Photographs on Exhibit

Wall Power

I had a sneak peak at the Wall Power exhibit yesterday. If you enjoy surprising and interesting street art, I recommend you attend!

It’s in the Boston studio of my faithful and talented printer, the photographer Mark Peterson. He’s hosting this exhibit by Alan Chazaro and Briana Jauregui, both Roxbury high school teachers, who travel to North American and European urban centers in search of street art to photograph.

The opening is next Friday night, March 6 from 5-9 pm at 450 Harrison Avenue. Here’s more information about the exhibit and photographers.

This reception coincides with SoWa Boston’s monthly First Friday event at 450 Harrison Avenue, also 5-9 pm. Come by and visit the almost 80 artists who have their doors open to the public. It’s a very friendly scene and there is so much art to see!

While you’re there, drop by Studio 203. This is the studio I share with jewelry artist Barbara Goldberg. I’ve got some fun new art prints up on the walls! Barbara has also created many colorful and unique new jewelry pieces, alcohol ink paintings, and small glass decoupaged trinket plates.

Til then, Paula
